Closed on 1 January and on 24, 25 and 31 December. The palace, the chapel and the exhibition spaces close 30 minutes before the gardens.

Entry slots and tolerance
Entry is by slots every 30 minutes, from opening to 17:00. The official ticket admits you up to one hour after your slot, and the foundation says there is no refund, change or extension. A Tiqets ticket is also timed, and Tiqets lets you cancel up to 24 hours before your slot.
What is closed
The aquarium has been closed to the public for restoration since 16 April 2026, so do not count on it, even though some ticket texts still mention it. Of the palace, only the main floor is visited; the upper floors open only during temporary exhibitions.
