The estate is a short walk from Sintra’s old town. The official address is Quinta da Regaleira, 9, 2710-567 Sintra; Tiqets lists the entrance as 5 Rua Barbosa du Bocage. There is no car park.

From the station and the old town
From Sintra station it is about 32 minutes on foot (2.4 km, OpenStreetMap estimate). From the National Palace of Sintra it is about 13 minutes (0.9 km). Bus 435 also serves Regaleira, on its circuit to Seteais and Monserrate.
By train from Lisbon
Take the CP train from Rossio to Sintra, about 40 minutes by a timetable site that we could not check against CP (see cp.pt). Then walk or take bus 435.
By car
Regaleira has no parking, and driving in the historic centre is reserved for residents. The estate points to parking.sintra.pt for car parks. Leave the car outside the centre and walk or take the bus.
Combining it with other sites
Monserrate is 2.7 km from Regaleira, about 35 minutes on foot; bus 435 is the simpler option. We suggest keeping Regaleira and Pena for different days. The Sintra palace is a short walk from Regaleira.
